FEMA Independent Study Program

Dave Parker, WB7WHG, the Deschutes County ARES Emergency Coordinator, recommends the following three FEMA certification courses for amateurs interested in participating in emergency services activities - IS-100, IS-200, and IS-700.   These courses can be taken online, and are self-paced.    The exams can also be taken online.
